The 8 Cal DRIFIRE® FR coverall provides compliance and comfort through its breathable FR fabric and a two-way zipper front closure for easy entry. This garment features a seven-pocket design, including two chest pockets with flaps and pass-through side pockets with snaps, ensuring that essential items are readily accessible. Constructed from 5.5 oz. TECGEN SELECT® OPF blend twill, it offers dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire. The coverall includes a contoured silhouette with an elastic waistband for a better fit, inherent flame resistance that does not wash or wear out, and lightweight, breathable fabric that excels in moisture-wicking and drying capabilities. Compliance standards include an arc rating of 8 cal/cm², Cat level 2, NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. For product care, do not use chlorine bleach, hydrogen peroxide, or fabric softeners; the coverall is dry cleanable, machine washable in warm water (max. 140°F / 60°C), and should be tumble dried on warm. Turning the garment inside out before laundering is recommended to maintain fabric performance, especially when soiled with contaminants such as dirt, grease, or oils. If contaminants persist after laundering, it is advisable to discontinue use of the garment.
