The 8 Cal Drifire® FR coverall is designed to keep the wearer compliant and comfortable, featuring breathable FR fabric and a two-way zipper front closure for easy entry. It includes a seven pocket design with two chest pockets with flaps and pass-through side pockets with snaps, providing functionality for convenient access to essential items. This coverall is made from 5.5 oz. Tecgen Select® OPF blend twill and offers dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire. The contoured silhouette with an elastic waistband enhances comfort, while the inherently flame-resistant fabric ensures that FR protection will not wash or wear out over time. It boasts lightweight, breathable properties and features an unsurpassed moisture-wicking and drying rate. The coverall's compliance includes an arc rating of 8 cal/cm², Cat level 2, and meets standards set by NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is recommended not to use chlorine bleach or detergents containing bleach, hydrogen peroxide, or fabric softeners. The coverall is dry cleanable and should be turned inside out prior to laundering. Machine washing is advised at a warm temperature (max. 140°F / 60°C) with tumble drying on warm, and it is important to wash according to instructions to maintain fabric performance when soiled with contaminants. If contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, discontinuing use of the garment is recommended.
