The tire inflation kit is ideal for fleet operations, tire service centers, and tire mounters, specifically designed for inflating large OTR tires. It features a 1/2" inlet/outlet and an operating range of 5-145 PSI. The kit includes custom faceplates with corporate logo and color options, and it can be hardwired and mounted to mobile service trucks. The systems confirm calibration every six minutes during use and each time they are powered on, offering accuracy to +/- 0.3 PSI. With an international protection rating of IP66, the unit provides complete weather protection (excluding submersions). The automatic functionality allows for inflation or deflation to target PSI when connected to the tire position, and all systems can be programmed to specific PSI parameters to ensure consistent and accurate tire inflation. Additionally, the unit wirelessly receives and transmits gauged and corrected pressure via Bluetooth, Zigbee, or can be hardwired to a PC. It is designed to be used with specific Haltec air chucks and is nitrogen compatible; the accuracy of the PSI is prioritized.
