The Temperature Compensating Tire Inflator is engineered for large industrial and mining tires, featuring a 1/2" inlet/outlet and designed for continuous operation in high-impact environments. It includes a wireless temperature transmitter with an operating range of 5-145 PSI, weather-proof hardware, and a customizable base/ambient temperature setting for optimal performance in various settings. This inflator automatically inflates or deflates to the target PSI when connected to a tire and can be programmed for specific PSI parameters, allowing organizations to manage accurate tire inflation effectively. The inflator is compatible with Haltec air chucks and is nitrogen compatible, ensuring precise performance with an accuracy of +/- 0.3 PSI. All units confirm calibration every six minutes during operation and upon being powered on, and they wirelessly receive and transmit gauged and corrected pressure via Bluetooth, Zigbee, or can be hardwired to a PC. The international protection rating of IP66 guarantees complete weather protection, excluding submersions, and provides technicians with remote control over the inflation and deflation process, enhancing safety by keeping them out of the "blast zone" of the tire.
