Buckhorn's® fixed wall bulk boxes are rated for load capacities between 1,800 and 2,300 lbs, offering a robust packaging system designed for repeated use in heavy-duty distribution applications and suitable for the shipment of virtually any manufactured good. These boxes do not fold down; instead, they feature rounded rims and corners for easy cleaning, ensuring maximum load capacity and protection of goods. They are automation-friendly to support the high-speed environment of many modern production systems. The non-collapsible plastic bulk containers have sturdy, lightweight constructions that are durable, resistant to corrosion, and impervious to damage from ultraviolet (UV) light, as well as dents. The dimensions of the footprints are 48" x 45", with four-way forklift entry to enhance handling. The boxes stack three high (dynamic) or four high (static) and are made from 100% recyclable HDPE. Each box is backed by a one-year limited warranty and is compatible with the lid model TS4845030010000.
