Buckhorn's® extended length bulk boxes are designed to accommodate load capacities up to 2,000 lbs, making them ideal for transporting products such as automotive trim parts, hoses, pipes, harnesses, and other long items. These containers can collapse flat in seconds, enabling efficient storage and return shipment, thus optimizing space usage and reducing costs associated with returned freight. The boxes feature hand-hold areas on the panels for a comfortable grip during assembly and collapse. Constructed from sturdy, lightweight materials, these collapsible plastic bulk containers are suitable for the storage or transportation of bulky and heavy items, offering durability and corrosion resistance. The footprint measures 70" x 48" and includes spring action latches on doors and sidewalls for quick assembly and access to contents, with no hinge pins required. The walls snap into place and can be removed quickly for replacement, while non-sequential folding facilitates quick collapsibility and prevents wall bowing.
