The chair features a choice of one of four Synchro-Tilt control types for a natural recline and adjustable padded T-bar arms for additional support where needed. Its upholstered back offers a welcoming appearance while providing cushioned comfort with excellent support. The tilt tension allows users to control the rate and ease of recline, while an upright-position tilt-lock facilitates achieving proper task-specific posture. The chair includes a 360-degree swivel for freedom of movement in any direction and a pneumatic seat height adjustment that accommodates various body heights.
