The HON® 10500 Series™ pedestal returns are designed with exclusive reinforced-pedestal construction to endure the rigors of daily use, featuring full-extension drawers that glide smoothly on steel ball-bearing suspension systems for easy access to contents. The multi-ply laminate surfaces are premium, scratch- and stain-resistant, capable of withstanding various impacts and spills, including boiling liquids. A worksurface grommet facilitates cable management, while the full-height modesty panel ensures privacy. Security is enhanced with a removable-core locking system, with keyed-alike convenience applicable to compatible HON® components. Specifically, these hanging pedestals feature a full-height drawer configuration of file/file and are meant to be used with HON® 10500 Series™ desks, as they are not freestanding. The pedestal includes one unit with a top thickness of 1" and dimensions of 48"W x 24"D x 29-1/2"H. It comes with two keys, achieves compliance with Level 2 certification, and meets or exceeds ANSI/BIFMA and ISTA standards as well as SCS Indoor Advantage certification. The materials include particleboard and thermal fused laminate, with 35% pre-consumer recycled content, 3% post-consumer recycled content, and a total of 38% recycled content.
