Xtrawall® heavy duty double-sided swinging pegboard panel systems with steel frames are engineered to efficiently hold a large quantity of tools and parts while optimizing wall space. These systems significantly expand tool storage by providing 6-8 times the pegboard surface compared to traditional flat wall options. Each Xtrawall® unit includes commercial grade standard round hole pegboard made from durable, perforated high-density fiberboard (HDF) attached to both sides of a heavy-duty powder-coated steel frame. The system is equipped with industrial strength steel pivot wall brackets and all necessary hardware for secure mounting to solid, concrete, or block walls; hollow walls with studs require 2 in. x 6 in. wood headers. The double-sided pegboard storage offers a 500 lb. load capacity per Xtrawall swing panel, making it ideal for use in tool cribs, maintenance rooms, and other limited space areas. The Xtrawall® swing panel system provides enhanced flexibility and numerous storage options, utilizing double-sided visible pegboard to maximize usable tool storage in confined spaces. For optimal tool holding capability, 70000 series Durahook® locking pegboard hooks and accessories are recommended, ensuring secure placement on the pegboard. This system is also ideal for mounting over workbenches, workstations, or other workspace surfaces.
