XTRAWALL® double-sided swinging Duraboard pegboard panel systems feature heavy-duty powder-coated steel frames designed to maximize tool and parts storage while minimizing wall space usage. Each turnkey unit includes commercial-grade standard round hole Duraboard polypropylene pegboard that attaches to both sides of the frame, providing a superior holding power that is three times greater than that of standard pegboard. The system includes industrial-strength steel pivot wall brackets and all necessary hardware for secure mounting to solid, concrete, or block walls, while installations on hollow walls with studs require the use of 2 in. x 6 in. wood headers. With a 575 lb. load capacity per XTRAWALL® swing panel system, it is particularly suitable for tool cribs, maintenance rooms, and other areas where space is limited. The double-sided Duraboard polypropylene pegboard storage offers enhanced flexibility and expands usable tool storage area. For optimal tool holding capability on the XTRAWALL® swing panels, the 70000 series Durahook locking pegboard hooks and accessories are recommended to ensure tools remain securely mounted, making it an ideal solution for workbenches, workstations, or other work areas.
