Xtrawall® double-sided swinging pegboard panel systems with steel frames are designed to maximize tool and parts storage while minimizing wall space usage. These turnkey systems include commercial grade round hole pegboard made of durable, perforated high-density fiberboard (HDF) attached to both sides of a heavy-duty powder-coated steel frame. Each unit comes with industrial strength steel pivot wall brackets and all necessary hardware for secure mounting to solid, concrete, or block walls; note that hollow walls with studs require the use of 2 in. x 6 in. wood headers. The double-sided pegboard storage offers a 400 lb. load capacity per Xtrawall® swing panel system, making it suitable for tool cribs, maintenance rooms, and other high-demand areas. The Xtrawall® swing panel system provides greater flexibility and storage options compared to traditional wall mount pegboard systems, utilizing visible double-sided storage to enhance usable tool storage area. To optimize tool retention on the Xtrawall® swing panels, it is recommended to use 70000 Series Durahook® locking pegboard hooks and accessories that securely adhere to the pegboard, making them ideal for use above workbenches, workstations, or other work surfaces.
