The footwear is ASTM certified (F2413-18) and OSHA compliant, featuring non-slip steel toes suitable for dry and wet surfaces with an ASTM F3445 slip resisting (SR) outsole. It is impact and compression resistant (I/75 C/75) and has an oil and chemical resistant outsole (D471). The design includes a stabilizing wide-heel and a rubber outsole, making it an ideal "walkthrough boot." It boasts an easy on-off design, approved heel height by OSHA/CSA, heat resisting outsole capabilities (up to 575°F), an antimicrobial PU insole, and comfortable ankle padding. The breathable mesh lining is odor preventing and thermal regulating with air-flow technology.
