It incorporates Koroyd's KOR material, which is 95% air, enabling a lighter, smaller, and faster protective shell that reduces user fatigue. The 360° fit system allows for up or down adjustments, while the ABS external shell is ANSI Z89.1-2014 impact rated, lightweight, and suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -30°C to 60°C. The helmet is the first on the market to exclusively utilize Koroyd as its impact-absorbing material, outperforming EPS foam by 48% in preventing energy rebound. It includes antimicrobial, washable memory foam sweat-band padding for improved comfort, and features 10 slots for securely attaching various accessories such as flashlights, protective eye shields, full face visors, and earmuffs. The 4-point washable chin strap, made from black polyester, is designed for compatibility with earmuffs and features a fixed anchor version that complies with ANSI Z89 standards. An adjustable chin strap allows for side adjustments for a secure fit, while cap-mounted earmuff fitting slots accommodate 3 cm slots for GE cap-mounted protective earmuffs and other compatible options. The adjustable fit system includes a rubber wheel for head size adjustments and ergonomically shaped wings for added comfort around the neck. Integrated clips provide 4-point coverage for securing elastic bands used for goggles and headlamps. The helmet meets Type 1 Class E standards, ensuring compliance for safe use.
