The Sunlite® 4-inch retrofit recessed downlight is engineered to enhance existing light fixtures with its capability of producing a bright output of 700 lumens, depending on the selected wattage. Users can choose from five color temperature options—2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K—by utilizing a switch located on the back of the fixture at the time of installation. The downlight is dimmable (10-100%) when paired with an LED-compatible dimmer, with a high color rendering index of 90 CRI. Compatible dimmers include Leviton models 6674, 6672, RDL06, 752-DSM10, IPL06, and Lutron models SCL-153PH-WH, DVWCL-153PH, DVCL-153PR-WH, CTCL-153PDH-WH-C, S-600H-WH-CSA, D-600, and TTCL-100. With a long lifespan of 35,000 hours, this fixture offers comparable light output to a traditional 60-watt bulb while consuming only 10 watts of electricity, resulting in estimated annual energy costs of $1.20 (based on 3 hours per day at $0.11 per kWh). This Energy Star certified fixture includes a medium base adapter, mounting hardware, and installation instructions for easy setup. Designed with a smooth trim style to maximize beam spread, the fixture is ETL listed for safety and quality, and unlike fluorescent tubes, it contains no harmful chemicals, making it suitable for various locations such as entryways, bedrooms, kitchens, and hallways.
