Friedrich® ZoneAire® Select PTAC (Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner) is an energy-efficient unit featuring EERS up to 12.0 and COP up to 3.55, utilizing R32 refrigerant for lower global warming potential and sustainability. The kit includes a power cord and offers compatibility with various energy management thermostats, available separately. It boasts durable construction with a galvanized zinc-coated steel wall sleeve and a steel base pan that undergo an 11-step preparation process, ensuring exceptional durability and corrosion protection. The internal and external coils are designed with corrosion resistance to extend the unit's lifespan. The unit is also equipped with a modular design for easy access to key components, including washable lift-out air filters. A built-in internal diagnostic program alerts maintenance personnel to component failures or operational issues. The FreshAire® IAQ ready models allow for additional indoor air quality accessories to be integrated, which are sold separately. This product is available in electric heat and heat pump options, with capacities ranging from 7,000 to 15,000 BTU. The unit includes a 2-year full warranty on parts and labor and a 5-year limited warranty.
