The product is a one-step, quaternary-based disinfectant cleaner concentrate designed for broad spectrum disinfection at a dilution ratio of 1:256, making it ideal for healthcare and other facilities where cleaning and prevention of cross-contamination are critical. It is capable of killing a wide range of microorganisms including HIV-1, VRE, MRSA, GRSA, MRSE, VISA, PRSP, herpes simplex types 1 & 2, influenza type A2, adenovirus, rotavirus, and more. The disinfectant is effective against the organisms that cause odors, serving as an odor counteractant to eliminate additional odors not associated with bacteria. This highly concentrated quaternary formula offers excellent one-step, cost-effective cleaning and disinfection with a pH concentrate of 10.2. It is suitable for application on hard, inanimate, nonporous surfaces such as floors, walls, porcelain, and plastic surfaces in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, and colleges. The use solution is neutral to floor finishes to prevent dulling, pitting, or softening. It has certifications from the EPA and FDA.
