Superscrape™ mats feature a molded tread surface with cleats designed to effectively scrape tough dirt and grime from shoes, making them ideal for use as an outdoor scraper mat or a slip-resistant mat in wet areas. The mat features surface cleats that trap dirt and sand below shoe level to prevent tracking, ensuring a clean environment. It is certified as slip-resistant even in wet conditions by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI) and is recognized for its high-traction capabilities. The mats are durable, grease/oil proof, and resistant to chemicals, enhancing their longevity. They are designed for easy cleaning, with a lightweight and flexible structure that allows for straightforward handling; mats can be shaken off, hosed down, commercially laundered, or autoclave sterilized. Welding safe, they are recommended for outdoor use or in wet areas where additional traction is required. These mats meet the standards set by the NFSI for high traction, pass the DOC-FF1-70 for surface flammability, and achieve an ASTM C1028-96 static coefficient of friction of 0.85 dry and 0.90 wet. To clean, mats can be sterilized in an autoclave or washed by hand with a neutral pH detergent, scrubbed with a deck brush as needed, rinsed with a hose or pressure washer, and hung to dry, ensuring they are completely dry before being placed back in service.
