TuffComfort™ standing desk mats offer a comfortable and healthy alternative to prolonged sitting during the workday, minimizing the negative effects associated with long periods of standing. The mats feature a 3/4" thick polyurethane cushion that runs edge-to-edge, providing excellent anti-fatigue properties to alleviate discomfort. The durable construction includes a PET fabric surface that is permanently bonded to a resilient rubber layer, making it resistant to punctures from high heels. Safety is enhanced by beveled edges, which allow for a seamless transition from floor to mat without cracking or curling. Additionally, the mats are naturally stain resistant due to the PET fabric, which is made from 90% recycled content reclaimed from plastic. The surface material consists of needle-punched, solution-dyed PET (14 ounces/yard²) molded to nitrile rubber, while the cushion material is made of polyurethane. The mats pass the flammability standard CPSC-FF1-70 and are recommended for commercial use at standing workstations. For maintenance, the mats can be vacuumed regularly, extracted or hosed off as needed, and should be hung to dry, ensuring they are completely dry before being placed back in service.
