TuffComfort™ standing desk mats offer a comfortable and healthy alternative to sitting during the workday, helping to minimize the negative effects associated with prolonged sitting. The mats feature a polyurethane cushion that runs edge-to-edge, providing excellent anti-fatigue properties to alleviate discomfort from extended standing, with an overall thickness of 3/4 inch. The durable construction includes a PET fabric surface that is permanently bonded to a robust rubber layer, making the mat resistant to punctures from high heels. Safety is ensured with beveled edges, allowing a seamless transition from floor to mat, and these edges will not crack or curl. The PET fabric is naturally stain resistant, facilitating easy cleaning, and is made from 90% recycled content. The surface material consists of needle-punched, solution-dyed PET (14 ounces/yards²) molded to nitrile rubber, while the cushion material is polyurethane. The mats pass the flammability standard CPSC-FF1-70 and are recommended for commercial use at standing workstations. For cleaning, it is advised to vacuum regularly, extract or hose off as needed, hang the mat to dry, and ensure it is fully dry before returning it to service.
