TuffComfort™ standing desk mats provide workers with a comfortable and healthy alternative to sitting throughout their workday, minimizing the negative effects on the body associated with prolonged sitting. The mat features a 3/4" thick polyurethane cushion that runs edge-to-edge, offering excellent anti-fatigue properties to alleviate pain from extended standing. The surface is made of durable PET fabric, which is permanently bonded to a rubber layer, making it resistant to punctures from high heels. Safety is a priority, with beveled edges ensuring a seamless transition from floor to mat, which will not crack or curl. Additionally, the PET fabric is naturally stain resistant, allowing for easy maintenance. Environmentally conscious, the surface material consists of 90% recycled content reclaimed from plastic. The mat's specifications include a surface material of needle-punched, solution-dyed PET (14 ounces/yard²) molded to nitrile rubber, with the cushioning material being polyurethane. It passes the flammability standard CPSC-FF1-70 and is recommended for commercial use at standing workstations. For cleaning, it is advised to vacuum regularly, extract or hose off as necessary to remove heavy soil or debris, hang the mat to dry, and ensure the mat is dry before returning it to service.
