The Ultra-Grate Guard®, Sediment Only Model, with curb deflector, measures 24" x 48" and is specifically designed to catch sediment, oil, silt, debris, and other runoff before they enter waterways. This high-flow model features no overflows and offers an easy-to-install design that slides onto the storm drain's grate, secured with heavy-duty hook and loop fasteners. Once installed, sediment, dirt, silt, and other pollutants can be easily removed with a broom, flat shovel, or similar tool, eliminating the need to remove the grating and allowing everything to remain at street level. This functionality is particularly valuable in construction sites and other areas with high levels of pollutants. The material used is high flow woven, ensuring effective sediment and pollution control without compromising operational performance. This grate guard is ideal for use with flat grate catch basins.
