The GloWear® 8205HL-ECO recycled hi-vis vest is a Type R, Class 2 vest that meets ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 visibility requirements and is constructed from 100% recycled polyester mesh. This post-consumer recycled vest features 2" reflective tape for enhanced low-light visibility and a hook & loop closure for easy on and off. It is available in dual sizes, providing a looser fit suitable for layering over shirts, sweatshirts, or jackets, making it ideal for sectors such as road construction, baggage handling, and municipalities. The vest is available in hi-vis lime and orange colors. The manufacturing process involves converting post-consumer plastic bottles into polyester yarn through chip making and spinning, with each vest equivalent to approximately 11 16.9 oz. / 500ml plastic water bottles. Key attributes include durable high-quality polyester for longevity, a lightweight 3.3 oz. polyester mesh for breathability, and machine washable fabric. Additionally, the vest comes packaged in 100% recycled polyethylene materials.
