The Ultra-Grate Guard®, Sediment Only Model, measuring 24" x 24" x 4", is designed to effectively catch sediment, oil, silt, debris, and other runoff before they enter waterways, thereby ensuring efficient stormwater management. It is suitable for use with flat grate catch basins and features easy installation under catch basin grating using heavy-duty hook and loop fasteners. The design allows runoff to flow through while blocking sediment and capturing oil, facilitating simple removal and cleaning with a broom, flat shovel, or similar tool. This product is capable of keeping pollutants at street level, which eliminates the need to remove the grating. Constructed from high flow woven material, it is ideal for construction sites and areas with high pollutant loads. The Ultra-Grate Guard® provides an economical and effective solution for draining swampy or low-lying areas during construction by trapping dirt, silt, mud, and debris while filtering only clean water to escape. It can be placed on an aggregate or haybale bed to enhance filtration efficiency and accommodates up to a 4-inch discharge hose. This dewatering bag ensures effective filtration, making it an essential tool for construction sites and other dewatering operations.
