The Jet® JBC series beam clamps are designed for demanding industrial environments, featuring robust construction for increased durability and longevity. These clamps come in capacities ranging from 1 ton to 5 tons and can accommodate beams up to 10 inches wide, with a quick mounting capability for hoists on beams up to 10-5/8 inches wide. Each clamp jaw is engineered to distribute the load away from the beam flange edge, enhancing safety. The clamps comply with ANSI/ASME B30.17 and B30.20 standards and are constructed with larger, thicker diameter pins for improved durability and lifespan. Each unit is load tested to 125% of its capacity and comes with a certification. Additionally, the clamps feature a welded all-steel frame with a powder coat finish for maximum durability and protection, as well as welded, enclosed pockets that ensure greater stability and durability at the attachment point to the beam or structure.
