The JET® JBC Series beam clamps are engineered for increased durability and longevity in demanding industrial environments, featuring a robust welded all-steel frame with a powder coat finish for maximum protection. These clamps accommodate beam widths of up to 10 inches and are available in capacities ranging from 1 ton to 5 tons. Each clamp jaw is specifically designed to distribute the load away from the beam flange edge, enhancing safety. The clamps comply with ANSI/ASME B30.17 and B30.20 standards and are equipped with larger, thicker diameter pins for improved durability. Each unit is load tested to 125% of its capacity and comes with a certificate. The design also includes welded, enclosed pockets for greater stability and durability at the attachment point to the beam or structure, making them suitable for quick mounting of a hoist on a broad range of beams up to 10-5/8 inches wide.
