This series features slip clutch style overload protection, which ensures the lever hoist does not lift or pull loads beyond its rated capacity. The lightweight design, shorter handle, and smaller body make it ideal for confined areas and low headroom applications. The single-piece brake design enhances safety, combining three components into one of the safest brake systems available. The JLH series is offered in capacities ranging from 1/4 ton to 9 tons, with standard lift options of 5, 10, 15, and 20 feet, and custom lifts available upon request. Key features include all-steel construction, caged needle bearings that support the load sheave for increased efficiency, and an enhanced ergonomic grip for operator comfort. The grade 100, corrosive-resistant plated load chain is 20% stronger than grade 80 load chain, and heat-treated load plates add to the durability. Additionally, the industrial-rated alloy steel hooks can rotate 360 degrees for easy rigging, while the Weston style double ratchet pawl brake design provides greater load security by distributing the load to opposite sides of the ratchet gear.
