The JET® JLP-A series lever hoists are engineered for safety, reliability, and durability in light to medium-duty industrial applications. The kit includes a grade 80 black oxide coated load chain for enhanced durability, while the impact-resistant all-steel construction provides additional protection. Featuring industrial-rated alloy steel hooks, which rotate 360 degrees for easy rigging and indicate overload situations through gradual stretching, these hoists ensure optimal safety. The needle bearings support the load sheave, enhancing efficiency and promoting smooth operation. The improved easy free chain design allows for quick hoist positioning and slack chain management without free chaining under load. An ergonomic grip enhances operator control and comfort. Additionally, the hoists are equipped with durable cast-steel safety latches, secured with Allen screws and lock nuts, which outperform stamped steel latches in compliance with lifting regulations. The Weston style double ratchet pawl brake design distributes the load across the ratchet gear for added security.
