The Datrex Maxflow Level 70 Newton lifejacket/PFD ANSI is engineered for continuous wear while working near shore, offering easy access to safety. It is both USCG and TC approved, conforming to ANSI standards as a personal flotation device (PFD). This jacket meets ANSI 107-2010 and 107-2015 Class 2 / Level 2, and 107-2015 Type R / Class 2 standards. A key feature of the Maxflow system is its ability to keep the user cooler and more comfortable. Its split foam system wraps the torso uniformly, reducing bulkiness, while contoured lightweight and durable flotation foam provides freedom of movement. The lifejacket boasts true and tailored sizing for today’s users and features two 1" encircling belts with a heavy-duty zipper closure, a hidden belt to minimize snags, and two large pockets with hook and loop closures, including tether loops inside. There is a harness hole on the back panel designed to work universally with fall harness protection. Constructed from high visibility ANSI fabric and equipped with ANSI grade retroreflective elements, it includes hand warmer liners made of fleece behind the pockets. Certifications include USCG 160.064/4886/0, TC-20504-18, and ANSI/CAN/UL 12402-5. The lifejacket features a patented design.
