This hoist is available in capacities ranging from 1/2 ton to 10 ton, with standard lift options of 10, 15, 20, and 30 feet, and custom lifts can be requested. Key features include a Grade 80 black oxide coated load chain for enhanced durability, heat treated load plates, and industrial rated alloy steel hooks that rotate 360 degrees for convenient rigging while indicating overload situations through gradual stretching. Designed for harsh environments, the hoist's heat treated load plates and case hardened corrosive-resistant internal components prolong its lifespan. It also incorporates needle bearings that support the load sheave, promoting smooth operation and efficiency. The cast-steel safety latches, secured with Allen screws and lock nuts, are more durable than stamped steel latches, ensuring compliance with lifting regulations. The compact and lightweight design allows for usage in confined spaces and low headroom applications. Additionally, the Weston style double ratchet pawl brake design helps distribute the load across opposite sides of the ratchet gear, enhancing load security and safety.
