The Datrex Maxflow Level 70 Newton lifejacket/PFD ANSI is engineered for continuous wear while working near shore or for easy access to safety, adhering to the new USCG Level 70N standard that harmonizes approval across North America and replaces the Type III designation. This lifejacket is both USCG and TC approved, conforming to ANSI standards (PFD) and meeting ANSI 107-2010 and 107-2015 Class 2 / Level 2 as well as Type R / Class 2. Key features of the Datrex Maxflow include a Maxflow system designed to keep users cooler and more comfortable, a split foam system that surrounds the torso uniformly for a less bulky feel, and contoured lightweight flotation foam providing freedom of movement. The jacket boasts true and tailored sizing, two 1-inch encircling belts with a heavy-duty zipper closure, a hidden belt to reduce snags, and two large pockets with hook and loop closures featuring tether loops inside. Additionally, it has a harness hole on the back panel for universal compatibility with fall harness protection, high visibility ANSI fabric with ANSI grade retroreflective qualities, and a hand warmer liner made from fleece behind the pockets.
