The JET® JLH compact lever hoist integrates safety, durability, and innovation for operation in demanding industrial environments. It features a lightweight design with a durable aluminum alloy housing, facilitating ease of transport. The dual pawl Weston style brake system enhances load security by distributing the load across opposite sides of the ratchet gear. The hoist also incorporates a JET® exclusive five gear drive train, which provides a mechanical advantage, requiring less force to lift or secure a load. Included with the hoist is a nylon carrying case for convenient transportation, minimizing trips to the tool room and preventing potential damage. The JET® JLH is available in 1/4 ton and 1/2 ton capacities with standard lifts of 5, 10, and 15 feet, while custom lifts can also be obtained. It is designed for versatility, functioning effectively in inverted, vertical, horizontal, or various load angles, making it suitable for heavy-duty industrial applications. The hoist complies with OSHA regulations, ANSI/ASME B30.21, and HST-3 standards. Key features include industrial-rated alloy steel hooks that rotate 360 degrees for easy rigging, cast steel safety latches, a compact design for low headroom applications and confined areas, a grade 100 load chain that is corrosion-resistant and stronger than grade 80, heat-treated load plates, and hooks that slowly stretch to indicate an overload situation, enhancing job site safety.
