The JET® JLH compact lever hoist integrates safety, durability, and innovation, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments. It features a lightweight design achieved with durable aluminum alloy housing, which facilitates ease of transport. The product includes a dual pawl Weston style brake system that enhances load security by splitting the load to opposite sides of the ratchet gear. The exclusive five gear drive train offers a mechanical advantage, requiring less force to lift or secure a load. A nylon carrying case is also included for convenient transportation, minimizing trips to the tool room and preventing damage to the hoist. Available capacities are 1/4 ton and 1/2 ton, with standard lift options of 5, 10, and 15 feet, with custom lifts available. The hoist is designed for use in various load angles including inverted, vertical, and horizontal. It complies with OSHA regulations and ANSI / ASME B30.21, and HST-3 standards. Key features include alloy steel hooks that are industrial rated and rotate 360 degrees for easy rigging, cast steel safety latches, a compact design suitable for low headroom applications and confined areas, a corrosive-resistant Grade 100 load chain that is stronger than Grade 80, heat-treated load plates, and hooks that slowly stretch to indicate an overload situation, enhancing job site safety.
