The extra-long box brake features a maximum capacity of 22-gauge mild steel and an overall bend length of over 13 feet (157"), allowing for the bending of unusual shapes from a 4 x 8 sheet of metal, including corner-to-corner bending. It offers a bend angle of up to 135° and comes equipped with 33 interchangeable fingers of varying lengths (6 fingers of 3", 6 of 4", 10 of 5", and 11 of 6"), enabling the creation of boxes or pans up to a 6" box depth. The design allows for the setup of fingers to perform multiple bends along the brake’s length. Additionally, it includes 2 large counterweights that minimize physical strain, facilitating the bending process across the machine's full length. The fully-welded heavy steel framework ensures durability, allowing this metal finger brake to maintain its full capacity without twisting or distortion over years of use.
