The RDB-250 is a compact, programmable tube bender designed to shape materials with professional accuracy and high-speed performance. Made in the USA, it operates on 220-volt single-phase power and is capable of bending heavy-duty materials, accommodating up to 2-1/2" tubing and 2" schedule 40 pipe. This rotary draw bender can execute 180° bends in just 9 seconds and is able to complete up to 360° bends. It stores up to 170 programs, with each program containing 10 bends, in its internal memory and also accepts limitless external memory. The machine can be operated via an easy-to-use touchscreen or a handy foot pedal in non-manual mode. A 2-piece die mount loosens to facilitate the release of bent tubing. The RDB-250 is suitable for various projects including custom chassis, handrails, boilers, and metal art. It is covered by a 1-year parts warranty and offers lifetime technical support.
