The RDB-325 programmable tube/pipe bender is engineered for durability in any workshop, capable of handling a substantial capacity of 2" schedule 80 pipes (mild steel T.S. 64,000 PSI) and 3" round tubing. It boasts a maximum centerline radius of 16" depending on material OD and operates on 220-volt single-phase power, making it suitable for nearly all fabrication environments. The bender can rotate up to 360 degrees in either direction, which is particularly useful for rod applications when using the optional universal bending plate. A user-friendly touchscreen controller is included as a standard feature, along with internal storage that accommodates up to 170 programs, each containing up to 10 bends. The machine also accepts memory cards, with a standard 2GB SD card as the maximum. Foot pedal controls provide ease of operation, allowing users to start and stop the machine while keeping their hands free. Its swing-away counter die system streamlines tooling changes, enhancing production efficiency. The RDB-325 is compatible with over 5,000 optional die and tooling sets from Baileigh Industrial, ensuring a wide range of applications. Additionally, an optional indexing table can be added to facilitate bending on varying planes and to replicate complex bends effortlessly.
