This hydraulic plate roller features a 6' working width and a bending capacity of 13-gauge mild steel across its full width, capable of rolling to a minimum diameter of 7-1/8" at maximum capacity. It is powered by a 2 HP motor running on 220 volt 3-phase power. The machine includes a freestanding control pedestal for easy management of bending functions (forward, reverse, up, and down), and an independent control box that allows the operator to raise or drop one side of the back roll for accurate coning. A digital readout provides real-time roll position information. Constructed from plate steel, the roller ensures accuracy, while its fully integrated and welded steel framework minimizes flexing at full capacity. Additionally, dual emergency stop cables, located at both the back and front of the machine, enhance safety.
