The BP-7098CNC hydraulic press brake is designed for small-to-medium shops seeking to enhance bending efficiency on a budget. This machine delivers 70 tons of pressure over a 98" length, with an 80" space between housings, allowing for the bending of 8-foot pieces of mild steel, and operates on 220-volt 3-phase power. It features an industrial-grade hydraulic system equipped with a Vickers/Eaton pump for long-lasting performance, while a torque tube ensures synchronization of the two hydraulic cylinders, maintaining them parallel to the bending table. In terms of functionality, the user-friendly control system operates in single-bend or programmable modes and includes two axes of control: stroke and back gauge distance. The intuitive controller can be learned in five minutes and stores up to 40 programs, with each capable of containing 25 bends, ensuring a bending accuracy of ± 0.01mm. It is equipped with high-quality electrical components from Weidmüller and Schneider for reliability. The machine allows for foot pedal operation, enabling users to produce complete parts without interacting with the controller, and provides two speed options: rapid approach and retract, along with slow bending speed.
