The MB-4X2 is a compact mandrel bender designed for the automotive frame rail market, offering an American-made bending solution with significant size and cost advantages over traditional systems. This Baileigh® mandrel bender can achieve a maximum bending angle of 100°, accommodating 2"x4" rectangle cap and various tooling options for bending rectangle materials the hard way, easy way, as well as square and round materials, making it highly versatile. The bender features a full-size color touchscreen for easy programming and supports endless memory via external USB. Its auto-sequencing hydraulics reduce the likelihood of human error, while early mandrel retraction guarantees smooth bends with an encoder-based auto-stop that is extremely accurate, operating at a speed of 5-10 seconds at 90 degrees. With an extensive tooling library and multiple table length options, the machine can be tailored to meet specific bending needs. It operates on 220V three-phase power, ensuring efficient performance.
