This metal ring roller features a robust double-pinch design, constructed using high-quality components and an electro-welded steel plate framework. The R-H120 hydraulic metal bender stands out with its heavy-duty steel plate frame, which is both bolted and welded together to prevent flex at full capacity, providing a more stable structure than many comparable machines. The unit operates on 220-volt 3-phase power and has a maximum capacity of 5-1/2" round tube and 4-1/2" schedule 40 pipe. It employs a double-pinch system consisting of one fixed top roll and two bottom rolls, powered by independent hydraulic cylinders for precise forming.
