We build this 10-foot industrial press brake using reliable components from Germany and Japan, alongside a rigid all-steel frame. The machine delivers 140 tons of pressure and is also available in a 13-foot version, with a distance between housings of 100 inches. It operates on 220-volt 3-phase power and features an industrial-grade hydraulic system with a Vickers/Eaton pump, ensuring long-lasting peak performance. The hydraulic seals provided by NOK from Japan are among the finest in the industry, facilitating smooth hydraulic operation. A torque tube connects the two hydraulic cylinders, maintaining synchronization and parallelism to the bending table, while a chain drive linkage keeps the cylinders in time, enhancing machine balance and longevity. The hydraulic cylinders are positioned near the back of the machine for convenient fluid changes. The machine operates in single-bend or programmable mode and comes standard with two axes of control, stroke and back gauge distance. The intuitive controller allows for quick training, with the ability to store up to 40 programs with up to 25 bends per program, offering bending accuracy to ±0.01mm. Main electrical components are sourced from Weidmüller and Schneider in Germany, providing reliable productivity. Users control the bending process with a foot pedal, allowing for the completion of parts without direct interaction with the controller. Operators can select between two speeds: a rapid approach and retract, or a slow bending speed, optimizing cycle time and increasing shop efficiency. The machine's chain drive back gauge system employs established design principles for enhanced accuracy and durability.
