The RDB-480 programmable pipe bender, made in the USA, is designed to enhance efficiency in fabrication shops by shaping materials with professional accuracy at high speeds. This machine runs on 220 volt three-phase power and is capable of bending heavy-duty materials, with the ability to bend up to 5" tubing and 4" schedule 80 pipe. It employs a rotary draw bender that can execute 180° bends in just 20 seconds while also completing up to 360° bends. The RDB-480 features an internal memory that can store up to 170 programs, each containing 10 bends, while also accepting limitless external memory for added convenience. It can be operated easily via a touchscreen or a foot pedal in manual mode. The 2-piece die mount allows for hassle-free release of bent tubing.
