Built with hydraulic motors driving planetary gearboxes, this plate roll is designed for durability and efficiency, featuring a capacity of 120" x .5" for mild steel at 60 Hz. Its operation is streamlined, allowing the user to pinch the plate between the two central driven rolls, pre-bend the leading edge, and roll the body of the part along with the trailing edge in one direction and in a single pass. The machine is available in both numerically controlled and computer numerically controlled versions, designated as PR-10500-4NC and PR-10500-4CNC, respectively.
