This large press brake allows you to handle 10-foot sheets between the housings, featuring a rigid steel frame and reliable hydraulic components from Nachi and Vickers/Eaton. The distance between housings is 124", and it includes a user-friendly control system that operates in single-bend mode or programmable mode, with standard functionalities comprising 2 axes of control: stroke and back gauge distance. The controller can store up to 40 programs with up to 25 bends per program, ensuring bending accuracy of +/- 0.01mm for precise part production. Main electrical components from Weidmüller and Schneider are sourced from Germany, promising years of reliable operation. The system utilizes a foot pedal to manage the stroke, allowing for hands-free operation once specifications are inputted. It features two speed options—rapid approach and retract as well as slow bending speed—to reduce cycle time and enhance efficiency. The chain drive back gauge system, easily maintainable, operates with a 23-5/8" gauge that advances or retracts as programmed. Constructed from fully welded steel plates, the press brake weighs 24,640 lbs., providing substantial structural strength for accurate results, and includes support arms around 2 feet in length.
