Made from twin 3/8" thick steel plates, the EW-21 benchtop English wheel is designed for small shops while providing exceptional rigidity, making it one of the most robust English wheels on the market. This model features a 16 gauge mild steel capacity, a 21" throat depth with a large lower opening for working on curved panels, and an upper wheel measuring 8" in diameter and 2" wide. It includes four bottom anvils (all 2" wide) in the following radii: flat, 2", 8", and 24", and offers complete adjustability for the caster and camber of the bottom anvil. The wheel can rotate to work parallel with the frame, facilitating long projects, and incorporates a quick-release lower anvil support with a locking cam for easy panel removal. Anvils can be conveniently stored on the integrated roll holder, and for those with additional space, a sturdy floor stand is available. Optional lower anvils and a rubber top roll are also available. This equipment is compliant with relevant industry standards and certifications, ensuring high performance and safety in metal shaping applications.
