The Baileigh® EW-45 English wheel is a reliable, heavy-duty metalworking machine designed for craftsmen specializing in the restoration of collectible cars, motorcycles, and airplanes. This machine features a sturdy frame and an upper rolling wheel that comes standard with four rolling wheels (6" x 2.75") and ten lower anvil wheels, each with different crowns to create various radii. It can effectively shape aluminum and copper up to 1/8" thick, as well as mild steel sheet metal up to 16 gauge. The polished wheels are equipped with sealed bearings for smooth operation, while the quick cam handle facilitates easy release of the workpiece. Additionally, the machine includes retractable wheels for enhanced mobility, a screw lift assembly for comfortable and precise pressure adjustments, and storage brackets for both rolling and anvil wheels.
