The manual tubing bender is designed for fabricators who require precision in bending lower production runs while ensuring professional-looking results, particularly for projects involving thin wall tubing. This versatile tool can bend up to 1-3/4" outer diameter (OD) tubing with a maximum wall thickness of 1/8" and 1" Schedule 40 pipe. It features a large-diameter indexing system that allows bends up to 206° (180° plus spring-back) without the need for re-indexing or re-pinning, differentiating it from many other manual tube benders available. The quick-release counter die system facilitates easy loading and unloading of material, while the tension springback mechanism maintains position as the bend mechanism engages with the index wheel. A degree scale provides a clear view of the bend angle for quick reference, and all tooling includes a start-of-bend indicator line for accurate, complex bends. Additionally, the ratcheting bend system enables convenient manual override for lighter-gauge materials. The bender ships mostly pre-assembled, requiring only the attachment of the handle and stand. It accepts a wide variety of round and square tubing die sets, as well as round pipe die sets, and includes a stand, degree dial, and handle.
