It operates in single-bend mode or programmable mode, providing accurate control with 2 axes: stroke and back gauge distance. The machine delivers 140 tons of pressure with a distance between housings of 124 inches, and the Estun E200 controller can store up to 40 programs, each containing up to 25 bends, ensuring precise results with a bending accuracy of +/- 0.01 mm. The main electrical components, manufactured in Germany by Weidmüller and Schneider, contribute to its reliability and productivity, while the foot pedal allows for simple operation by bringing the stroke up and down. Users can make a complete part without adjusting the controller, simply inputting specifications and pressing the pedal.
