This machine delivers a remarkable 224 tons of pressure and offers a 10-foot (125") bending length with 100" of distance between the housings. It operates on 220-volt 3-phase power and features an industrial-grade hydraulic system, ensuring smooth and consistent performance. A torque tube connects the two hydraulic cylinders, maintaining synchronization and parallel alignment with the bending table, while a chain drive linkage keeps the cylinders timed for balanced operation and longevity. The hydraulic cylinders are conveniently located at the back for easy fluid changes. The user-friendly control system allows operation in single-bend or programmable mode, featuring standard 2 axes of control for stroke and back gauge distance. The intuitive controller can be learned in just five minutes, storing up to 40 programs with as many as 25 bends each, ensuring accurate bending to ± .01mm. Key electrical components are sourced from Germany by Weidmüller and Schneider®, providing reliable productivity over time. The foot pedal controls the stroke, enabling users to execute bends without constant input on the controller. The machine offers two speed options—rapid approach and retract, and slow bending speed—enhancing shop efficiency. Additionally, the chain drive back gauge system is designed for ease of maintenance, with a 23-5/8" back gauge that can advance or retract according to specifications.
