The RDB-350-TS industrial tubing bender is designed to withstand the demands of any workshop, enabling precise bends of 180° in just 16 seconds with its rapid quick-release die system that enhances production efficiency. This machine features a capacity for bending 2-1/2" Schedule 40 pipe and 3" tube with a wall thickness of 3/16". It boasts a maximum centerline radius of 24" and can achieve bends up to 360° in one operation, accommodating both left and right bends. Programmable features allow users to set the desired angle, material springback, and bend speed for consistent results, while the programmer tracks rotational orientation. The touchscreen controller facilitates user-friendly programming and offers a 320° rotation for versatile operation from any side of the machine. With the capability to store up to 170 programs comprising 10 bends each, the internal memory is complemented by unlimited program storage and backup through the standard micro-SD port.
