This computer-controlled, double-pinch tubing roller with 3 driven rolls is designed for executing complex bends efficiently, making it suitable for structural applications, playgrounds, shipyard building, or any high-production, low-waste project. The CNC rolling machine features a double-pinch side-to-side adjustment on bottom rolls that reduces wasteful lengths of straight material at the ends of each bend compared to standard ring rollers. It is built with a structural-grade steel plate frame that supports the precision of CNC production. The integrated software is user-friendly, allowing for easy operation and programming, and the handheld calibration device combined with advanced CNC technology can automatically achieve the desired bend radius without manual adjustments. The CNC roll bender operates on 220-volt 3-phase power and has a maximum capacity of 4-3/4" tube. It offers variable-speed rolling with four speeds on the top roll and two speeds on the bottom roll for smooth transitions between components. The top roll can switch between progressive (moving profile) and direct (profile stopped) bending, while the hydraulically adjustable top roll adapts to fit your application's profile. With 75 different profile calibrations, it allows bending of multiple radii on a single section. The machine features an overload-protected inverter drive that shifts speed from 0 to 8 RPM, reducing wear and tear. A touchscreen operator podium with an attached foot pedal ensures easy programming, and the internal memory can hold 40 programs with 24 segments each, minimizing delays on repeat parts.
